It is the responsibility of the customer to research thoroughly any product bought intended for topical use and possible side effects or allergic reactions any products might cause. All products, fragrances and oils may cause reactions in some people.
Created By Family has a strict policy against using an image that is trademarked or licensed (this includes Brands ,Celebrities and Characters from likes of Disney etc.)
All Items For Sale are described on the website and all pictures and background are for display purposes only and are not part of the product that is for sale .
ORDERING and PRICING :
The products items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order when we have received your payment . An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you. All orders MUST be placed online and will be posted as we do not have a shop front.
Please check all orders carefully before submitting as we can not change or alter items once placed.
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to createdbyfamily2024@gmail.com . If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, no cancellation will be entered into .
The prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).
PAYMENT :
Created by Family accepts both visa and Mastercard . Alternatively you can direct deposit .Goods will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Once you have ticked the terms and condition box and submitted your order you are under contract to purchase the order. If the direct deposit method of payment is chosen we will hold your order until payment is confirmed max 7 days . If recurring orders are placed and remain unpaid Created by Family reserves the right to refuse any future order and business dealings.
DELIVERY : We only use Australia Post for our Deliveries . Created by Family does not accept liability for damages caused during the delivery process nor do we cover loss or delayed delivery . We do not accept liability for delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. Deliveries will be left if no-one home unless otherwise specifically stated on your order. All items purchased from Created By Family are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 5-10 business day for dispatch of orders
